We’ve just got back from Glasgow, where we played four songs live on Vic Galloway’s Radio One show. It was a lot of fun.
If you missed it, you can listen to the whole show at Vic’s page on the Radio One website for the next week. Two of the songs will also be on his podcast this week; it goes live on Friday 6 June.
We’ll probably put the songs on our own site soonish. They were, in order of broadcast: Psychogeography (a new song): But My Heart is Broken (from our album The Regional Variations); Cloudbusting (by Kate Bush, the Queen of Pop - we previously recorded this with Cora Bissett - Laura, our keyboard player, now sings it on stage with us); and This Club Is For Everybody, Even You (another new song).
Overawed by being in a big shiny BBC studio, we took lots of photos of each other, grinning like idiots. They’ll probably end up online soon too.
